Multimedia Information Processing Laboratory
多媒体技术是对图像、声音和动态视频等多种媒体进行处理的技术。多媒体通信是多媒体技术和通信技术的结合,它将计算机的交互性、通信的分布性和电视的实时性融为一体。通信的信源和信道信息都需要经历各种处理,包括信息变换、压缩、加密、调制、纠错编码等,多媒体通信与信息处理技术相互促进和融合。本实验室致力于发展多媒体通信和信息处理技术相关的理论及应用研究。
本实验室负责数字图像处理、高光谱解混、遥感图像的融合与分类、生物医学图像解译与分析、微弱信号的检测与处理、视频图像运动目标检测、计算机视觉三维图像重构、网络编码与传输技术等研究、应用及开发工作。
本实验室隶属电子信息工程与通信工程专业共享实验室,主要用于电子信息工程、通信工程和电子科学与技术等专业的课程实验任务,承担多媒体与信息处理方向的相关实训、实践任务,并作为本科生研究生的大创/大赛实践基地,教师部分课题研究基地等。
主要测试设备和仪器有:数字电视实验台、高性能GPU加速云服务器、高性能多媒体计算机若干。
本实验室开设课程和专业方向有:数字图像处理,多媒体与流媒体技术,多媒体信息处理,智能信息处理,数字电视,图像处理与数字电视等。
The laboratory is responsible for the research, application and development of digital image processing, hyperspectral unmixing, data fusion and classification of electronic information engineering, biomedical image interpretation and analysis, weak signal detection and processing, video image moving target detection, 3D image reconstruction in computer vision, network coding and transmission technology.
This laboratory belonging to the majors of Electronic Information Engineering and Communication Engineering, which is mainly used in electronic information engineering, communication engineering and electronic science and technology and other professional courses experimental tasks, the direction of the multimedia and information processing related practice, practice, and as a practice base for undergraduate/graduate students, and a research base for teachers.
The main test equipments and instruments include the test-bed of digital TV, high-performance GPU-accelerated cloud server, and a number of high-performance multimedia computers.
The laboratory offers courses and specialized directions including digital image processing, multimedia and streaming media technology, multimedia information processing, intelligent information processing, digital television, image processing and digital television, etc.
