电信学院实验室简介系列(四)——电子信息工程专业实验室

射频微波电路系统测试实验室

RF Microwave Circuit and System Testing Laboratory

射频微波电路系统是频率范围在30M-30G内的无线通信前端收发系统,是用于实现无线通信的基础设施。该系统由射频功放模块、射频低噪声放大器、混频器、滤波器、振荡器、双工器、环形器、波导、微带传输线及天线等射频模块组成。主要应用于第一代至第五代移动通信系统、卫星通信系统、GPS导航系统、智能交通系统、智慧城市、舰船通信、智能武器、天地一体化无线网络以及各类基站和无线前端等,负责信号与信息的产生、变换、放大、发射与接收等功能。

本实验室负责射频微波模块、电路与系统的设计,射频微波电路与模块的测试调试,无线通信系统测试,电路元器件装配,射频电路制版与焊接,原型产品研发等。

本实验室属电子信息工程专业实验室,主要用于电子信息工程、电子科学与技术和通信工程等专业的课程实验任务,承担射频微波电路与系统方向的相关实训、实践任务,并作为本科生研究生的大创大赛实践基地,教师部分课题研究基地等。

主要测试设备和仪器有:矢量网络分析仪,矢量信号源,频谱分析仪,射频微波收发测试系统,射频功率计等,测试设备主要来自于是德科技、罗德施瓦茨、中电41所等。

本实验室开设课程和专业方向有:射频测试测量技术,射频通信电路,射频电路设计,微波技术与天线,无线通信系统设计等。

This laboratory is responsible for the design of RF microwave modules, circuits and systems, test and debugging of RF microwave circuits and modules, wireless communication system testing, circuit components assembly, RF circuit plate making and welding, prototype product development, etc.

This laboratory is a professional laboratory of the Electronic Information Engineering major. It is mainly used for experimental tasks of Electronic Information Engineering, Electronic Science and Technology and Communication Engineering. It can be used as practice bases for students and graduate students, and research bases for teachers.

The main test equipments and instruments are vector network analyzer, vector signal source, spectrum analyzer, RF microwave transceiver test system, RF power meter, etc. The test equipment is mainly from Keysight, Rod Schwarz, China Electric Power 41, etc.

The courses and professional directions of this laboratory include RF test and measurement technology, RF communication circuit, RF circuit design, microwave technology and antenna, wireless communication system design, etc.

射频微波电路设计实验室

RF Microwave Circuit Design Laboratory

射频微波电路系统是频率范围在30M-30G内的无线通信前端收发系统,是用于实现无线通信的基础设施。该系统由射频功放模块、射频低噪声放大器、混频器、滤波器、振荡器、双工器、环形器、波导、微带传输线及天线等射频模块组成。主要应用于第一代至第五代移动通信系统、卫星通信系统、GPS导航系统、智能交通系统、智慧城市、舰船通信、智能武器、天地一体化无线网络以及各类基站和无线前端等,负责信号与信息的产生、变换、放大、发射与接收等功能。

本实验室负责射频微波模块、电路与系统的软件仿真、设计与开发,负责无线系统仿真、天线仿真、PCB板级与芯片级仿真,以及部分电路模块与系统的原型产品开发等,承担开拓射频电路设计与电磁仿真软件产品和软件设计方法等方向的任务。

本实验室属电子信息工程专业实验室,主要用于电子信息工程、电子科学与技术和通信工程等专业的射频微波电路类课程实验和仿真设计任务,承担射频微波电路与系统方向的相关实训、实践任务,并作为本科生研究生的大创大赛实践基地,教师部分课题研究基地等。

主要设备和软件有:服务器,计算机,ADS、HFSS、AD等设计软件,部分微波与天线实验箱,信号源,频谱分析仪,网络分析仪,各种测试天线等,测试设备主要来自于深圳安泰信、南京润众科技等。

本实验室开设课程和专业方向有:射频通信电路,射频电路设计,微波集成电路设计、微波与天线,射频电路ADS,HFSS等仿真软件,PCB制版软件(AD)等。

The laboratory is responsible for software simulation, design and development of radio frequency microwave modules, circuits and systems, wireless system simulation, antenna simulation, PCB board and chip level simulation, and prototype product development of some circuit modules and systems, etc. We also undertake some tasks such as circuit design and electromagnetic simulation software products and software design methods.

This laboratory is a professional laboratory of the major of the Electronic Information Engineering. It is mainly used for experimental and simulation design tasks of RF microwave circuit courses in the majors of the Electronic Information Engineering, Electronic Science and Technology and Communication Engineering. Practical tasks of the directions of RF microwave circuit can be done in the lab, and the lab can be used as a practice base for undergraduate graduate students' daiso contests, and as a research bases for teachers.

The main equipments and softwares of the lab include servers, computers, ADS, HFSS, AD and other design software, some microwave and antenna experiment boxes, signal sources, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, various test antennas, etc. The test equipments above are mainly from Shenzhen Antai Letter, Nanjing Runzhong Technology, etc.

The courses and professional directions offered in the laboratory include radio frequency communication circuit, radio frequency circuit design, microwave integrated circuit design, microwave and antenna, radio frequency circuit ADS, HFSS and other simulation softwares, PCB plate making software (AD), etc.

 

电磁微波传输与天线实验室

Electromagnetic Microwave Transmission and Antenna Laboratory

电磁场与微波技术是无线电领域的支撑技术之一,多种功能的有源、无源系统需要借助电磁波的传播,移动通信、卫星通信、广播、电视、综合数据链路、无线局域网等多种无线通信系统以及导航、远程身份识别、电子对抗等多种应用场合,均需要通过电磁波在空间辐射与传播,实现信息和能量的传递。天线作为无线通信系统的重要组成部分,实现导行波与空间波的相互转换,在无线通信系统的前端完成电磁波的发射和接收,是无线通信系统的关键技术之一。

本实验室负责电磁场与电磁波理论研究、仿真算法研究,电磁场与电磁波测试,传输线匹配技术研究与测试,微波模块、电路与系统的设计,微波电路与模块的测试调试,天线的设计与测试等。

本实验室属电子信息工程专业实验室,主要用于电子信息工程、电子科学与技术和通信工程等专业的课程实验任务,承担电磁场与电磁波、微波技术与天线方向的相关实训、实践任务,并作为本科生研究生的大创大赛实践基地,教师部分课题研究基地等。

主要测试设备和仪器有:射频微波与天线综合实训系统、微波通信实验系统、电磁场与电磁波测试平台、频谱分析仪、网络分析仪、天线实验测量仪等,测试设备主要来自于是德科技、罗德施瓦茨、中电41所等。

本实验室开设课程和专业方向有:电磁场与电磁波,微波技术与天线,无线系统与电波传播、射频测试测量技术、电磁兼容、无线电路系统设计等。

The main test equipments and instruments include radio frequency microwave and antenna comprehensive training system, microwave communication experiment system, electromagnetic field and electromagnetic wave test platform, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, antenna experiment and measurement instrument, etc. The test equipments mainly come from Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, Ceyear, etc.

Courses and specialized direction offered in this laboratory include electromagnetic field and wave, microwave technology and antenna, wireless system and wave propagation, radio frequency test and measurement technology, electromagnetic compatibility, wireless circuit and system design, etc.

无线系统与应用实验室

Wireless System and Application Laboratory

无线通信是利用电磁波信号可在自由空间中传播的特性进行信息交换的一种通信方式。研究内容包括无线网络标准、MAC介质访问控制层的有关内容、无线局域网物理层、无线网络接入技术、无线网络的安全问题。

本实验室负责完成无线系统与电波传播、物联网技术与应用、无线通信系统设计、传感器与检测技术、车联网、短距离无线通信系统、无人机、工业无线通信系统、智能交通无线通信等方向实践训练任务以及该方向无线产品的研发任务。

本实验室属电子信息工程专业实验室,主要用于电子信息工程、电子科学与技术和通信工程等专业的课程实验任务,承担无线系统及应用方向相关实训、实践任务,本科生、研究生的大学生创新创业活动、科技学术大赛任务,课题研究任务等。

主要测试仪器和工具有:FPGA开发实验板,ARM开发实验板,频谱分析仪,示波器系统,数字万用表,多功能焊台等,测试设备主要来品牌为是德科技、RIGOL(普源精电)、安立信等。

The laboratory is responsible for the experiments and courses of wireless system & radio propagation, Internet of things and its application, design of wireless communication system, sensor and detection technology, Internet of vehicles, short-range wireless communication system, UAV, industrial wireless communication system, intelligent transportation wireless communication, etc.And also responsible for practice tasks and R&D of above fields.

This laboratory is an affiliated laboratory of the Electronic Information Engineering major, which is mainly used for the course experiment of electronic information engineering major, electronic science and technology major, communication engineering major and other majors. It undertakes practical training and practice tasks in Wireless System & Applications, and undergraduate and graduate students' innovation and entrepreneurship extracurricular activities, scientific and technological academic competition tasks, research tasks, etc.

The main test equipments and instruments are: FPGA development & test board, ARM development & test board, spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, digital multimeter, multi-functional soldering platform, etc. The test equipment mainly comes from the brands of Keysight, RIGOL, ATTEN, etc.

数字处理与芯片应用实验室

Digital Processing and Chip Application Laboratory

数字信号处理是用数值计算的方式对信号进行加工的理论和技术。目前的时代是数字化、智能化、网络化的时代,所有的信号包括文字、语音、图像、各种物理量(如光、温、湿等)均采用数字形式进行处理。能实现数字处理的主控芯片主要分为数字信号处理器DSP、可编程控制器件FPGA/CPLD、嵌入式微处理器(ARM等)、嵌入式微控制器MCU四大类。该类芯片能够用于实现通信、机器人、工业控制、网络、军事、航空航天、物联网等各种仪器和设备。

本实验室负责FPGA/CPLD系统的设计与测试、ARM系统的设计与应用、DSP芯片的原理及应用、自动控制电路与系统的设计等实验实践任务及该方向的产品研发任务。

本实验室属电子信息工程专业实验室,主要用于电子信息工程、电子科学与技术和通信工程等专业的课程实验任务,承担数字电路与系统方向的相关实训、实践任务,并作为本科生研究生的大创大赛实践基地,教师部分课题研究基地等。

本实验室主要设备和工具有:FPGA开发板(如图1、2所示)、ARM开发系统(图3)、信号源、万用表、示波器、电路焊接设备和调试仪器,各类数字芯片等。

本实验室主要负责的课程有:数字处理芯片与应用,DSP芯片原理与应用,数字电子系统设计(FPGA数字系统设计),FPGA应用,ARM应用。

This laboratory is mainly responsible for the courses of digital processing chip and application, DSP chip principle and application, Digital electronics system design (FPGA digital system design), FPGA application and arm application.
