冷强奎,男,1981年12月出生,工学博士,教授(校聘),硕士生导师。CCF、ACM、CAAI会员。国际会议EITCE2020 Technology Program Committee(TPC)、CCCIS2021Publicity Committee(PC)。期刊Information Sciences、Knowledge-Based Systems、IEEE Access、计算机科学,会议FSDM2021、CCDM2020等论文评审人。
在Information Sciences(TOP,IF: 6.795)、Pattern Recognition(IF: 7 .740)、Applied Soft Computing(IF: 6.725)、、Knowledge-Based Systems(IF: 8.038)、Applied Intelligence(IF: 5.086)、自动化学报(一级学报)、模式识别与人工智能等国内外权威期刊上发表论文30多篇。曾获北京工业大学优秀博士学位论文、北京工业大学研究生科技创新一等奖、北京市优秀毕业生、博士研究生国家奖学金。
主持国家自然科学基金1项、辽宁省博士科研启动基金1项、辽宁省自然科学基金1项、辽宁省教育厅科研项目2项。参与“兴辽英才”高水平创新创业团队项目、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、北京市教委科技发展重点项目、高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金多项。毕业硕士生3名,一名考取公务员,另两名分别在北京微梦创科网络技术有限公司(微博)和北京神州泰岳软件股份有限公司任数据挖掘工程师和大数据工程师。

Qiangkui Leng received the PhD degree from Beijing University of Technology in 2015, and now he is a professor and graduate supervisor at Liaoning Technical University. He is a member of CCF, ACM, and CAAI. He served as a technology program committee for EITCE2020, a publicity committee for CCCIS2021, and a reviewer for Information Sciences, Knowledge-Based Systems, IEEE Access, Computer Science, FSDM2021, CCDM2020, etc.
He has published more than 30 technical papers in the reputable journals, such as Information Sciences(IF:6.795), Pattern Recognition(IF:7.740), Applied Soft Computing(IF:6.725), Knowledge-Based Systems(IF:8.038), Applied Intelligence(IF:5.086), ACTA AUTOMATICA SINICE, Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence. He won the Outstanding PhD Thesis award and the first prize of Graduate Science and Technology Innovation from Beijing University of Technology. He was also a winner of Beijing Outstanding Graduate and National Scholarship for PhD Students.
He led several research projects that supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China, PhD Early Development Program of Liaoning Province, Natural Science Foundation of Liaoning Province, and Research Foundation of Education Department of Liaoning Province. He has also engaged in multiple research projects as a participant, including the “XingLiao Talents” high-level project of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Team, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Beijing Municipal Natural Science Foundation, the Beijing Municipal Education Commission’s Science and Technology Development Key Project, and the Specialized Research Fund for the Doctoral Program of Higher Education. Among his three graduates, one was admitted as a civil servant, and the other two worked as a data mining engineer and a big data engineer in Beijing Weimeng Internet Technology Co., Ltd. (WeiBo.com) and Beijing Ultrapower Software Co., Ltd. respectively.
His research interests include artificial intelligence and machine learning.
